Trip Summary

Sunday, Nov. 7th

Ø Depart for Orlando in the early morning

Ø Stop for lunch on the way to Orlando – Not included in trip fee.

Ø Stop for Dinner on the way to Orlando - Not included in trip fee.

Ø Evening Arrival at the Residence Inn Sea World

 

Monday, Nov. 8th

Ø Breakfast at the hotel – Start your day with a great breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, waffles, breakfast potatoes, cereal, assorted breads, Danish, bagels, whole fruit, juices, and coffee.

Ø Spend the day at Universal Orlando – We will spend the day at both Islands of Adventure and Universal studios.  There are more attractions and thrill rides than can possibly be listed here.  It will be a very exciting day

Ø Meal Coupon will be provided for lunch in the park.

Ø Dinner at NASCAR Sports Grille – Blue Flag Buffet Menu includes:  Caesar Salad, dinner rolls, chicken tenders, French fries, Chef’s Choice Dessert.  Unlimited soft drink, coffee, and tea.  Each person will receive a single play card that can be used in the game room area.

Ø Return to the hotel for the evening

 

Tuesday, Nov. 9th

Ø Breakfast at the hotel

Ø Participate in the Universal “Stars” Parade Performance – Band will march through Universal Studios in a feature performance for all guests in attendance at the park.

Ø Meal Coupon will be provided for lunch in the park

Ø Spend the afternoon in the Universal Park of your choice

Ø Dinner at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company – The “Forrest’s Best” Group Menu consists of unlimited soft drinks, Bubba’s Spinach Far Out Dip, choice of Mama Blue’s Southern Charmed Fried Shrimp (with cole slaw & French fries).  All American Cheeseburger (with cole slaw & French fries).  Captain’s Fish & Chips (with cole slaw & French Fries).  BBQ pork sandwich (with frizzled onions).  Gump’s Classic Chicken Caesar Salad; all with chocolate chip cookie pie for dessert.

Ø Return to the hotel for the evening

 

Wednesday, Nov. 10th

Ø Breakfast at the Hotel

Ø Check out of the Hotel

Ø Spend the day at Disney World’s “Magic Kingdom” – Without a doubt, the most popular theme park in Orlando.  You will enjoy exciting rides, shows, and attractions at the ‘Happiest Place on Earth”.

Ø Meal Coupons will be provided for lunch and dinner in the park.

Ø After the fireworks show, Depart for Cullman

 

Thursday, Nov. 11th

Ø Return to Cullman in the early morning

Student Payment Schedule:

$100.00 Deposit – Due August 13, 2010

2nd Trip Payment of $235.00 – Due September 15, 2010

3rd Trip Payment of $200.00 – Due October 6, 2010

All students are required to pay the deposit.  The 2nd and 3rd installments can be paid using band card fundraiser money.  Deposits will be refunded to students that sell enough band cards to cover that cost.
