Casey Clark is in his 2nd year of teaching and his 1st as a
band director in the Cullman City School System. He serves
as the Associate Director of Bands at Cullman High School
where he assists in all aspects of the marching band,
conducts the concert band, as well as the Cullman Indoor
Drumline. Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Music
Education degree from the University of Montevallo in 2004,
and recently completed and received his Master of
Education degree, also from the University of Montevallo.
Mr. Clark served as a percussion/band instructor for various high schools across the state for the last 10 years, most notably are Lawrence County High School, and Jemison High School. In each of these locations, Mr. Clark's students earned several "Superior" awards, as well as "Best in Class" awards at several venues across the state. Casey is a proud alumnus of the Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps, an organization that characterizes Mr. Clark's work ethic and initiative. Mr. Clark is a part-time professional musician performing in various theatre shows such as Baby, Cabaret, Pippin, and Always Patsy Cline as well as numerous jazz combo, and big band jazz performances throughout the area. Casey is endorsed by the Vic Firth Corporation, a proud member of the Percussive Arts Society, and a member of the national education honor society Phi Kappa Phi.
